Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov said that Ukraine faces more than 100,000 cyberattacks every month, but thanks to modern technologies, including artificial intelligence, it is able to respond quickly to threats.
This was reported by NV.
According to Fedorov, almost every government employee's work laptop has software with artificial intelligence elements.
«Almost every one of our employees has special AI-based software that analyses laptop behaviour. If there are any anomalies, the system reacts immediately. This is how we have already detected several viruses that even antiviruses from» have not seen,» said Mikhail Fedorov.
Fedorov emphasised that state resources alone account for more than 100,000 attacks every month, so the speed of response is critical. To this end, the Ministry of Digital Transformation has reached an agreement with a major donor that will finance tenders for cyber defence for both the public and private sectors.
Earlier it was reported that Viacheslav Bazarenko became the new Deputy Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalisation.
