Rocket attack on Mykolaiv region: two people were injured, including a 5-year-old child

In the Mykolaiv region, this afternoon on July 8, a Russian missile hit the territory of a farm. Two residents were injured, including a child.

This was announced by the head of RMA Vitalii Kim.

A dry grass fire broke out at the site of the shelling, which then spread to nearby residential buildings.

So far, it is known that the victims are a 45-year-old woman and a 5-year-old child. They were hospitalized, the condition is of moderate severity.

Relevant services continue to work on site.

It should be noted that around 2:25 p.m. residents of the Voznesensky district heard the explosions. At that time, the Air Force reported the movement of rockets in the Mykolaiv region in a north-western direction.

In addition, on July 8, due to the fall of fragments of downed cruise missiles, several dry grass fires broke out in the Mykolaiv region.
